I have never been all that excited for New Year's Eve, the over-rated, over-crowded and over-priced bars were never really my cup of tea. Even though there are some negatives to New Year's, there is one big bright spot and that is the clothes. It is the only night of the year that sparkle and glitter is not only advised it is expected.
